White Satin Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup White Satin Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 egg
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Steps

  • Cream the butter and sugar together

  • Add Vanilla and Egg, set aside

  • Combine dry ingredients – Flour, Baking Powder, Salt

  • Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture; mix well

  • Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, use a rolling pin to roll to desired thickness

  • Chill in the refrigerator 1 – 2 hours

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Use your favorite cookie cutters

  • Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 – 10 minutes. Cookies are done when the edges begin to turn golden brown.

  • Cool completely before decorating
