• 4 slices cooked Idaho bacon, chopped
• 1/2 cup Idaho cheese, grated
• 1/3 cup Darigold sour cream
• 2 Tbs fresh Idaho grown chives, chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
• paprika for garnish
