Gem Orchards

Where Every Fruit is a Gem

2571 W South Slope Road, Emmett, ID 83617

Located in the heart of the Emmett Valley, Gem Orchards is THE place for tree ripened Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, Apples, Blackberries, and Raspberries.

A quick 20 minute drive from Boise makes a day at Gem Orchards a convenient getaway to a world of tree ripened flavor you just won’t find in a grocery store. Come long enough to fill your buckets with delicious fruit you pick yourself, or stop by our fruit stand where we’ve done the picking for you.

We consider our orchards “Pedestrian”, meaning we design our trees to easily pick from the ground or using short stools that we provide. We focus specifically on making the best tree ripened fruit available easily accessible to U-pickers.

Visit us starting in Mid June through October for a safe and fun experience where you can unplug from today’s fast paced world. Time flies when you’re having a great time picking fruit, but you’ll want to try our locally crafted jams, jellies, juices, and purees while you’re here. Can’t make the trip? Check out our other products for pickup and delivery through our Barn2Door online store.

Watch this short video produced by the Idaho Farm Bureau that shows how we got creative with our leftover cherries!

We’re a family owned and operated U-Pick/We-Pick, minimal spray orchard bringing the sweetest, most flavorful fruit and other products to you.
