Watermelon Feta Salad

Watermelon Feta Salad
  • Serves: 4-6
We recommend Hagerman melons for this recipe. Grown in the fertile soil of Hagerman Valley, these melons benefit from the region’s unique climate, which includes hot days, cool nights, and a long growing season. This ideal combination of factors results in melons that are bursting with flavor, with a sweetness that is unmatched by melons grown in other regions. Recipe by Idaho Preferred
