Blue Hen Cookies makes the most flavorful shortbread cookies using local, all-natural ingredients. Using Idaho-grown high-extraction milled wheat from Gaston’s Bakery & Mill, every cookie made is nutritious and delicious. This flour is milled right here in Boise and keeps flavor and nutrition intact for a remarkably rich, almost nutty-flavored cookie. All herbs are locally-sourced from small farms in the Treasure Valley and believe it’s the ingredients we use that makes our cookies so unique and incredibly delicious.
