Ten Blue Bird Acres is a small, rural farm offering indoor grown nutrient dense organic micro-greens and outdoor organic grown seasonal veggies, baby greens and lettuces, spinach, and more.

Their mission is to live a more sustainable, self-reliant, healthy lifestyle. In North Central Idaho they have made a home on 10 acres of trees, grasses, and gardens. Ten Blue Bird Acres is very passionate about making healthy communities. Microgreens and various other lettuce greens are their specialty, along with fresh flowers and some homemade crafts.

About Microgreens

Microgreens are a superfood that was made popular in the 80s by chefs who garnished their dishes to add visual appeal. However, as time went on nutritionist have found that these tiny veggies offer a huge nutrient boost to foods compared to their mature counterpart. Try adding them to whatever recipe you choose to give it that extra kick of nutrients and flavor.

If you’d like to order microgreens directly, please note that they take 10-14 days from germination to harvest and last over a week in your fridge. If microgreens aren’t in stock when you place your order, Ten Blue Bird Acres will provide you with a date for availability.
