They are dedicated to growing organic, year-round produce, vibrant microgreens, and stunning flowers. Their mission is to nurture a healthy community by providing fresh, local options to our rural area.

About Microgreens

Microgreens are a superfood that was made popular in the 80s by chefs who garnished their dishes to add visual appeal. However, as time went on nutritionist have found that these tiny veggies offer a huge nutrient boost to foods compared to their mature counterpart. Try adding them to whatever recipe you choose to give it that extra kick of nutrients and flavor.

If you’d like to order microgreens directly, please note that they take 10-14 days from germination to harvest and last over a week in your fridge. If microgreens aren’t in stock when you place your order, Ten Blue Bird Acres will provide you with a date for availability. They serve restaurants and will grow especially for an operation.
