  • 1/2 cup jicama, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1/3 cup sweet Idaho grown onion, chopped
  • 1-2 Tbs jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/3 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Idaho grown Jonathon or Gala Apple

  • 1/4 cup sweet paprika
  • 2 Tbs ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
