Try this mouthwatering Pear and Brie Crostini with Rosemary and Idaho Honey – the perfect combination of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors that will leave your taste buds craving more. A crisp and fruity white wine from an Idaho winery would pair well with the sweet and savory flavors of the Pear and Brie Crostini.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2-3 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Idaho honey
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.

  • Top each baguette slice with a slice of Brie cheese and a few slices of pear.

  • Drizzle Idaho honey over the crostini and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
