  • Shuck and clean the corn on the cob. Break off the ends.

  • Lay out 4 pieces of bacon onto wax paper. Cover bacon with another piece of wax paper and roll a rolling pen over the bacon. Remove the top piece of wax paper

  • Add sliced jalapenos and basil to the top of the flattened bacon slices.

  • Roll the bacon, jalapenos and basil around the corn.

  • Cover with foil and refrigerate 8-24 hours.

  • Heat up the grill. Add bacon and grill until corn is tender and bacon is crispy!
